The CRPS Movement Masterclass
Frustrated or unsure about how in the world to exercise with a disease like Complex Regional Pain Syndrome? End up with intolerable blowback, exhaustion, crashes, frequent or unpredictable flares every time you work out? I get it, and I can help.
I felt obligated to create The CRPS Movement Masterclass because too many of us are feeling helpless and hopeless, thinking exercise is impossible and that losing all these parts of ourselves we used to love is just an unavoidable part of this disease…
It does not have to be that way.
Movement is medicine.
Whether you’re early in the disease course, or in the chronic long-term stage, movement is imperative to restore and maintain function, desensitize, down-regulate your nervous system and off-set atrophy, bone disease, compensation patterns and a host of other health and emotional issues that being sedentary doesn’t help…we know all this, yet CRPS patients are rarely given the tools to actually have successful experiences with movement so they can gain confidence and change the default state our nervous system has gotten into automatically.
There is a gap between need and knowledge.
I created this masterclass so I could show you that there are relatively simple principles that allow even CRPS warrior to gain progress with movement and mobility despite the symptoms of this devastatingly difficult disease.
What most ppl miss is that there is a method to the madness with desensitization and exposure, and that all movement is just patterns regressed or progressed. And that with proper awareness around pacing, volume, and stress management, you can change the way you feel and recovery from exercise.
This is the ultimate solution if you struggle with strength, stability or aerobic exercise because I will teach you the key dial movers and exact principles I use with my 1:1 clients around how to move more with less flares and fatigue and improve exercise intolerance - whether it be in certain positions or to certain types of movement. You’ll learn how to progress and pace movement, adjust volume, better understand the types of movements you should include, and assess a number of other considerations that affect recovery,
tolerance and program design. Other webinars just give you the information, assume you’ll apply it and that’s it. Not this one. I’ll teach you the 'why' behind the strategies, give you the exact framework I use with 1:1 clients to progress strength and aerobic exercise, and show you my top to bottom warm-up that’s guaranteed to improve your muscle activation and decrease pain whether you have upper or lower extremity CRPS and no matter where you are in the disease course.
I’m super excited to announce the Live 2-hour CRPS Movement Masterclass!
What you’ll learn.
How to move with less pain & fatigue
Are you tired of literally crashing and burning when it comes to exercise, feeling like you’re trying to figure out an impossible puzzle? No more. You’ve just likely been missing a few key concepts around appropriately preparing your body for movement. I’ll teach you how to warm-up better and other main considerations that affect fatigue, recovery and how much capacity you actually have for training so you can do more with less pain.
Key dial movers
I work exclusively with CRPS patients and have spent hundreds of hours coaching on Zoom, designing individualized programs for patients just like you. Though everyone is indeed unique, there are undeniable patterns and overlap in what folks struggle with when it comes to stability that I will share with you so you can look at progressing strength smarter, feel more confident in what you’re doing, and can break through platoes.
How to pace movement
As the phrase goes, “Reward the pacer!” Learn what consistency and frequency recommendations would be ideal given your circumstances and the principles around how to pace and progress aerobic activity so you can improve exercise intolerance in certain positions or to specific modalities. This is where understanding volume is key and knowing how to measure output week to week so you can compare and properly assess your response.
Improve exercise selection
Do you know what’s appropriate for you to be doing based on disease progression or where you should start with a certain goal? What’s the intention behind the movement & goal we’re trying to achieve? We’ll talk about different ways to communicate with your nervous system through movement so you have a more diversified and balanced approach, design better workouts for yourself, or build a program that compliments PT beautifully.

A downloadable PDF worksheet with the exact framework I use with 1:1 clients to progress strength & aerobic exercise
